過去一個幾月，我幾乎冇乜用social media咁濟，因為我大部份時間都係用緊一部冇social media嘅電話。聽落去可能係一個幾嚇人嘅idea,究竟會唔會好唔慣呢？但神奇地，戒social media嘅影響比我想像中更加好，而且黎得更加自然。今集就等我同大家匯報下呢段時間嘅生活，同埋同大家分享我準備嘅：戒social media全功略。希望同樣想做呢個改變嘅朋友，可以有多啲準備，一齊扚起心肝戒social media!;)
